May's illustrated talk will cover the development of the Milestones Museum in Basingstoke, with its indoor recreations of historic streets, homes and shops. The talk will take in the museum's initial concept, the sourcing of period materials to construct roads and buildings, and the complexity and high level of detail that makes Milestones stand out from the rest.

Gary Wragg is the creator and former Curator of Milestones Museum. Before that, he was the lead conservator for the Hampshire County Council Museums Service, now the Hampshire Cultural Trust.
