About the event

May's illustrated talk is a whirlwind trip through the centuries, showing how artists often just ignored the weather until unusual historical weather "events" inspired them to portray it.

Jenny Leonard has been a FoSMAG member for many years. She'll be well-known to members as the Newsletter Editor and acting Membership Secretary. She has presented art history talks to several different groups to raise money for FoSMAG.

Event Details:

  • The talk will be held in the Lecture Theatre at Southampton City Art Gallery.
  • Please let us know you're coming by clicking the Register button on this page.
  • Admission fees are £4.00 (individual FoSMAG member) and £6.00 (individual non-member).
  • Please be ready to pay in cash at the door. Unfortunately we're unable to accept card payments.
