Richard Eurich – A Personal View

Richard Eurich was an English painter who worked as a War Artist in the second World War. He was also known for his panoramic seascapes, and narrative paintings. His daughters Philippa Bambach and Caroline Martin will recall memories about their father and family life, and show some Eurich paintings that are not well known.

Following the AGM and coffee, Daniel Crow (Director of aSpace Arts) will update us on major progress with the God's House Tower (GHT) project. When re-opened, GHT will become a new arts & heritage venue in Old Town Southampton, featuring exhibitions that show work from the city's designated collection alongside the work of contemporary artists, that combine to interpret and represent the stories of GHT.
